Yoliv Healthy Affiliate Marketing Policy

1. Program Acceptance

By signing up for the Yoliv Healthy Affiliate Program (the "Program") operated by Yoliv Wellness Pvt. Ltd. ("Yoliv", "we", "us"), you (the "Affiliate") agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a 15% commission on every qualifying, successfully delivered order placed through their unique tracking link or discount code. Commission applies to the product subtotal only — it excludes shipping fees, taxes, and any other charges.

An order is "qualifying" when: (a) it is placed via the Affiliate's tracking link or discount code, (b) payment is received in full, (c) the order is shipped and delivered, and (d) the 30-day return window has closed without a refund or chargeback.

3. Payouts

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out on the 15th of the following month via UPI or direct bank transfer. The minimum payout threshold is ₹500. Amounts below the threshold roll over to the next cycle.

TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) at 5% will be deducted on cumulative commissions exceeding ₹15,000 in a financial year, as per Section 194H of the Income Tax Act, 1961. A Form 16A will be issued annually.

4. Permitted Promotion Methods

• Posting on your owned social media handles (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Publishing on your own blog or website
• Sharing in private WhatsApp groups (with proper disclosure)
• Email newsletters to your opted-in subscriber list
• Paid ads on Meta, Google, or other platforms — except where prohibited below
• Authentic, honest reviews of Yoliv Healthy products

5. Prohibited Promotion Methods

The following activities will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:

• Brand bidding: Bidding on "Yoliv", "Yoliv Healthy", "yolivhealthy.com", or any similar brand variation on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any other paid search platform.
• Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM), SMS spam, or any form of unsolicited contact.
• Misleading claims: Making false health claims, exaggerating benefits, claiming Yoliv Healthy treats or cures any disease, or using language that violates FSSAI guidelines.
• Fake reviews or testimonials: Creating fake reviews, fake testimonials, or impersonating real customers.
• Coupon-stuffing or cookie-stuffing: Manipulating attribution by inserting tracking links without genuine user intent.
• Trademark misuse: Using Yoliv logos, brand colours, or any registered trademark in ways that imply you are Yoliv Healthy or an official Yoliv representative.
• Discount aggregators: Listing Yoliv codes on coupon aggregator websites (CouponDunia, GrabOn, etc.) without prior written approval.
• Adult, hate, or illegal content: Promoting Yoliv on any website or channel containing adult content, hate speech, illegal activity, or content that violates Indian law.
• Incentivized clicks: Offering cash, gifts, or rewards in exchange for clicking your affiliate link.

6. Disclosure Requirements

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in any content where you promote Yoliv Healthy, as required by:

• The ASCI (Advertising Standards Council of India) Code for Self-Regulation of Advertising
• The Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020
• Platform-specific rules (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Acceptable disclosure formats include: #ad, #affiliate, #partner, #paidpartnership, or a clear written disclosure such as "This post contains affiliate links — I may earn a commission if you purchase through them."

7. Intellectual Property

Yoliv Healthy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved marketing materials (banners, product images, official copy) solely for promoting Yoliv products through the Program. You may not modify the Yoliv logo, brand assets, or create derivative trademarks.

8. Content Standards

All affiliate content must be:

• Truthful and not misleading
• Aligned with FSSAI compliance for food advertising
• Free of unsubstantiated medical claims
• Respectful of cultural and religious sensitivities
• Original or licensed (no copyright infringement)

9. Cookie Duration & Attribution

When a user clicks your affiliate link, a 30-day cookie is dropped on their device. Any purchase made within 30 days of that click is credited to you, unless the user clicks another affiliate's link in the meantime (in which case the last-click affiliate is credited).

10. Program Termination

Yoliv may terminate your affiliate account at any time for:

• Violating any term of this Policy
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Damaging Yoliv's brand reputation
• Inactivity exceeding 12 months
• Any other reason at Yoliv's sole discretion

Upon termination, you will not receive any pending commissions and must immediately cease using all Yoliv marketing materials, tracking links, and discount codes.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Policy, commission rates, or program terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Limitation of Liability

Yoliv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the Program. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Yoliv's registered city. We encourage amicable resolution via email at partners@yolivhealthy.com before any legal action.
