Order Processing & Packaging

All orders placed on yolivhealthy.com are processed and packed within 1 business day of order confirmation. Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST on a business day are prioritised for same-day processing. Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp confirmation once your order has been packed and handed over to our logistics partner, along with your tracking details.


Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days depending on your delivery location.

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 3 to 4 business days
  • Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 4 to 6 business days
  • Remote and rural areas: 5 to 7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above β‚Ή999. For orders below β‚Ή999, a flat shipping fee of β‚Ή60 will be applicable. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional handling fee of β‚Ή40, which will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared with you via email and WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time. Alternatively, you can visit the Track My Order section on our website or contact our customer care team for assistance.


Serviceable Areas

We currently ship across India to all PIN codes serviceable by our logistics partners. To check if your PIN code is serviceable, please enter your delivery PIN code at checkout. In the event that your PIN code is not serviceable, our team will notify you promptly and initiate a full refund.


Packaging Standards

Every Yoliv product is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Our premium tin packs are secured with protective bubble wrap and packed in sturdy corrugated boxes to prevent any damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy or contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Important Notes

Delivery timelines do not include the 1 business day packaging and handling period. Yoliv Healthy is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at the time of ordering. Please ensure your name, complete address, landmark, city, state, and PIN code are entered accurately. We do not currently ship internationally.
