OVERVIEW
At Yoliv Healthy, we take immense pride in the quality of our products. Every tin of Yoliv Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Yoliv Extra Light Olive Oil is carefully packed, quality-checked, and sealed before dispatch. We stand fully behind the quality of our products and offer returns strictly in cases where a product is received in a defective condition.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is physically damaged (dented, crushed, or broken tin)
- The product seal is broken or tampered upon delivery
- The product is leaking at the time of delivery
- The wrong product or wrong variant has been delivered
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Dislike of taste, flavour, or aroma
- Products purchased by mistake
- Partially used or opened products
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage
- Delayed delivery due to courier or logistics reasons beyond our control
2. TIMEFRAME FOR RAISING A RETURN REQUEST
All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Any request raised after 48 hours of the confirmed delivery timestamp will not be eligible for return or refund.
3. HOW TO RAISE A RETURN REQUEST
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery through any of the following:

When raising a request, please provide the following mandatory information:
- Full name and registered mobile number
- Order ID or invoice number
- Clear photographs or a short video of the defective or damaged product (including the outer packaging)
- Brief description of the issue
Requests raised without supporting photographs or videos will not be processed.
4. RETURN PROCESS
Once your return request is received and reviewed by our team:
- We will acknowledge your request within 24 business hours
- Our team will verify the defect or damage based on the evidence submitted
- If the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address at no additional cost to you
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and unsealed only in cases of damage (not voluntarily opened)
- Once the returned product is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your replacement or refund within 5β7 business days
5. REFUND METHOD
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase:
- Online Payment (UPI / Card / Net Banking): Refund credited to the original source within 5β7 business days after return approval
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund transferred via NEFT / IMPS to the bank account details provided by the customer within 7β10 business days
- Wallet / Gift Card Payments: Refund credited back to the same wallet or as store credit
Yoliv Healthy does not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
6. REPLACEMENT OPTION
Instead of a refund, customers may choose to receive a free replacement of the same product and variant. Replacements are subject to stock availability and will be dispatched within 3β5 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
7. PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
If you purchased Yoliv products from Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, or any other third-party marketplace, the return and refund policy of that respective platform will apply. Please raise your return request directly on the platform through which the purchase was made. Yoliv Healthy customer care can assist with guidance but cannot process refunds for third-party platform orders directly.
8. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We pack every order with utmost care. However, if your product is damaged in transit, please do the following:
- Do not accept a visibly damaged parcel from the delivery agent
- If damage is discovered after opening the outer packaging, photograph or video the damage immediately
- Raise a return request with us within 48 hours with supporting evidence
Yoliv Healthy will bear full responsibility for products damaged in transit and will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to the customer.
